My first experience with botox. The clinic is stylish and very relaxing. Tejel made me feel very comfortable with her knowledge calm and relaxed approach so much so I'm planning In having derma filler's. I would highly recommend Tejel.
I have had Botox before but with someone else and the results were not as good, it actually put me off having them again but I went to see Tejal and she has given me back my confidence. For years plagued with horrid creases in my forehead but after seeing Tejal they are completely gone but still looking natural. Tejal is fantastic at what she does. Tejal was really lovely and I was really worried about having my lips done as I had a previous bad Experiance with someone else but she made me feel relaxed and very welcome. Fantastic experience from the start, Tejal has a very sofisticated, professional clinic which make me feel Instantly confident about the quality of her work. She is always very welcoming and has an extremely calm and relaxed approach, I really felt like she listened to me and understood what I wanted. She was never pushy but happy to advise and only ever did what I asked for. I was really impressed with her ability to put me at ease with regards the procedures. I am quite a nervous person and I don’t deal with pain well but Tajal was always very patient with me and talked me gently through everything, taking her time to make sure I was ok. She was absolutely right, non of it hurt I just needed to relax and breath. To say I’m absolutely blown away and totally delighted with the results would be an understatement. She has skilfully and successfully worked with my face and structure so as to make me look and feel the best I ever have jet I don’t look like I’ve had obvious work done. It’s miraculous! Not happy at all. This was my first visit. I was asked no questions about what I wanted to achieve, or what I would have liked to change. As a result of the treatment, the eyelid in one eye has dropped, and I have a constant feeling of not being able to open the eye fully. If anything the area looks worse than before. I have had this treatment done several times at various other places, and have never experienced this kind of discomfort. Also, to my question about future treatments to help with uneven skin tone, the only option I was offered was a 700 GBP home treatment, "the miracle" for all problems.
I cannot explain how disappointing the whole experience was . Its very clear that all she cares about is taking your money. I arrived to a very cold welcome , where she then told me to fill out a form , very quickly after that the needle was being inserted , no “consultation “ no real interest in what i wanted to achieve! Room was dirty, bed was convered in brown filth. The room looked like it hadnt been used in a while . No mention of a 5£ charge when paying on card either ,until i went to put pin in and saw there was an extra 5£ added on, where i then had to ask her what the extra 5£ was for ...a client has a right to know before if this is the case !! Iv been having botox for a while , and i can honestly say that its never been so unproffesionaly done , EVER! Personally wouldnt ever go back , and i advise anyone else to avoid at all costs !!
I have also had bad experience here. With fillers and BOTOX I didn't get a top up and I had lots of movement and fillers well she charged me for a trainee to do nose to mouth lines and I was left with not been able to open my mouth properly and it didn't work, trainee was not confident at all she kept questioning her for advice but she kept saying that's fine? which left it lumpy and lots of needle marks where she kept putting in the wrong place they let me walk out of there like it and to be honest I couldn't wait to get out of there. Wasn't happy I did ring but was ingnord. all I would say is don't go there! she can take of bad reviews!! Hopefully people will see this before and not go there. Even if you have to pay more at least you know what your getting i have had these treatments before so I know there is much better than cheaping out on product that doesn't work or last thank God otherwise my mouth would of stayed like that!?
Recently found this fantastic jewel of a skin clinic run by Harley street trained professional Tejal. The clinic was modern, immaculate and bespoke more like a 5 star hotel and Tejal’s warmth and professionalismn was 2nd to none. I had a skin rejuvenation treatment called profilo which encourages the skin to stay hydrated and glow.... Absolutely amazing result and I will definitely be returning and recommending Tejal to all my friends.
I can’t recommend Tejal and her lovely treatment room highly enough. She’s very experienced, always takes the time to discuss what you want to achieve, and never fails to make you feel very relaxed. Her treatment room is spotlessly clean, very quiet and tranquil and you can park right outside – as anyone who’s had anything injected knows there can be little marks straight after treatment so not having to walk through town to a car park is perfect! I’ve been visiting Tejal for botox and filler for about 4 years and have always been pleased with the natural looking results – no one ever suspects unless I tell them!

Have had my lips done with Tejal 3 times now. She is such a lovely woman and really listens to what I want to make sure I get the right shape! Her clinic is the most cleanest I’ve ever been to! Had botox in December but compared to other places Ive been she was way too quick. Literally 10 minutes in and out , can't say the results were great also the extra charge 0f £5 extra for CC was a bit much. Won;t be going back. Like someone who is more interested and not just grabbing the money . Not a great experience........

I've had my very deep frowning lines treated and very happy with the results. I was able to get the final fill up after 10 weeks included in the initial price. Looks absolutely natural - apart from me looking more how I feel now which makes me feel even better. Frowing lines made me look 😠 now I'm more 🙂 thank you, Tejal!

Tejal is a true state-of-the-art cosmetic practitioner. She uses only the best products and most importantly, she has an excellent aesthetic approach to her work so you needn't worry about looking 'over done'! I had lip, cheekbone and nasolabial fillers, and I now look much more youthful without it being 'obvious', which is exactly what I wanted. The anaesthetic made things virtually painless, and she is very gentle and professional when she is at work. Lovely clean and comfortable salon as well. I will definitely be back! 🙂
My first experience today with botox and lip fillers, after having many consultation but not feeling too confident I was passed to Tejal, she was amazing with answering all my questions and made me feel very comfortable, will definitely be back In the future.

Great experience and exceptional results. I went to Tejal having struggled with acne for nearly 10 years and within 2 weeks its nearly completely cleared with the ongoing solution I was provided. She gave me an in depth consultation to see which treatment would suit me best and give me the results i was looking for. She was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable, explaining the procedure as we went along - the follow up process has also been fantastic. Can't wait to go back for more treatments. I wish I had read the negative reviews on here and Facebook before booking my appointment there..... I could list a number of concerning issues regarding Tejal’s professional conduct, but I think the photos I have posted on here simply speak volumes. First one is from one month after the procedure and the two remaining ones is the ‘final product’ after Tejal ‘fixed’ her work. I had a tear trough (and botox) on 27/01/20, one day before going on holiday which I made Tejal aware of. I was assured there would be no complications following the tear trough, and the results would be instant. Immediately after the procedure (tear trough filler) was carried out, fundation was applied under my eyes and pictures of the results were taken. Once I arrived home and removed the foundation I noticed tube-like lumps. l messaged Tejal to check if there was any chance it was misplaced filler, as the lumps felt hard. I was assured it ‘would settle’ and told ‘not to worry’. 10 days into my holidays there was no change whatsoever in the appearance of the lumps. I was seen again on 13/02 and during that visit I was told to massage the raised areas and the problem would go away. It was then that I sought second opinion and my concerns were confirmed. The filler was lumpy, overfilled and misplaced, and it needed removing. I wrote to Tejal to inform her about what I had been told and to request a refund. It wasn’t until 27/02 that she agreed to ‘fix it’. Throughout this whole time she maintained that the treatment was, nonetheless ‘successful’ and no error was made on her part and she was only dissolving the filler upon my request. I was also told, first, that she didn’t give refunds, and subsequently, that her lawyers advised her not to give me a refund. I had attended two separate sessions during which some, but not all of the lumps were removed. Tejal has, however, ignored all messages and emails I have sent her since the last appointment in order to arrange another one to address the remaining lumpiness. I am shocked that anyone who caused facial deformity to their client would choose to ignore messages seeking to fix the problem. I have been left with no other option, but to pay another practitioner to dissolve the lumps and have been left looking worse than before the procedure. Tejal also charged me an extra £10 for the credit card transaction, then stated on the invoice that the treatment(s) I received were £5 more expensive than her website prices.
I completely forgot to leave this review a while back but the work was too good not to mention. My Botox is only wearing off now after 4 months and lips are still with filler In too. I would 100% recommend and When I’m next In Brighton I would love to go again. Definitely book in

I had Botox for the first time and had lots of questions. I was also quite nervous. However, all my fears were allayed when I saw how professional the clinic looked and by the natural, professional yet friendly and caring nature of Tejal the Clinician. She answered all my questions fully even if it was a silly question she really didn't mind and was reassuring. I was advised on what to expect in a couple of weeks' time The treatment itself was painless and over in seconds. A couple of weeks later, I was ecstatic! The botox had worked but was subtle just like I wanted. I had comments from friends on how well I looked but no-one suspected a thing. EXACTLY what I wanted. I have no hesitation in recommending Sarivaa. Professional, clean, friendly, easy going and excellent. What more could you ask? I will definitely be back for a top up! Thank you Sarivaa for giving me back my confidence and for being great!!!

Appalling client care. If you choose to see Tejal, you better hope that nothing, absolutely nothing, goes wrong. Because, if it does, as it happened to me and to a few others as per reviews, she will just ignore your messages and completely blank you. Money hungry, zero ethics. Avoid.
So very happy to have found Tejal after moving down south from London and having a poor experience elsewhere. She put my mind at ease, answered all my questions and explained her way of working thoroughly. I feel totally safe in her hands and will absolutely be returning 🙂
I have edited my review as, at the time, I was very insecure and it was my first time getting lip fillers. Naively, after having 1ml, I asked to get another 1ml only a couple months later. Tejal didn't ask any questions, and went ahead. My lips are quite thin and the result is they were overfilled and migrated. Just a year later I went for yet another ml. So in the space of a year, I was given 3ml. Honestly, I think she only cared about the money. I have since had my lips dissolved elsewhere.
